Order Process:

We have a passionate and experienced production team and if you need any help or advice our team are always on hand to help you.

We have many years of experience in the industry within our production team of Designers, Pattern makers, cutters, seamstresses, quality control, dispatch and customer service. 
Our designers are constantly working on new and fresh dance costume ideas and would be more than happy to collaborate with you on your design ideas.

  1. You can Contact us via Email at info@celticklass.com or pressing the menu button “Contact Us” and filling out the form.

    If you have any photos of ideas and inspirations for your design, please attach them to your email.

  2. After we receive your inquiry we will send you all the relevant information and set up a consultation either in person, via email or video call.

  3. A deposit of £200stg is taken to secure your delivery date.

  4. A measurement form will be sent to you / your teacher to fill out carefully. We are available to assist in the measurement process for both classes or solo dancers. This can be done via a scheduled video call or in person.

  5. After the initial consultation, graphic designs will be forwarded to you / your teacher for approval. We are happy to make amendments when required.

  6. Once the design has been approved and signed off, the lead time for completion and delivery is approximately 8 - 10 weeks. Please note this can be longer during busy periods leading up to Major competitions.

  7. We will quality check your order and send it on your way as soon as the final balance has been paid.
